This Thanksgiving, Twilight fans have plenty to be thankful for. Their beloved world has crossed over into the mainstream as one of the year’s most successful movies. The bigger news is that sequel New Moon is now a lock and it’s very likely that Stephenie Meyer’s entire series will eventually be adapted for the screen. The cast and crew should be thankful as well, as they now have job security within these uncertain economic times.
Our friends over at MTV have compiled some of their Twilight coverage into an informative little piece on what is to be expected from the just-announced sequel New Moon. Highlights include: Taylor Lautner minus a shirt, Robert Pattinson relishing Edward’s forthcoming dark journey, and director Catherine Hardwicke revealing that Moon will likely require double the production budget of Twilight.
